Hello Friends,
As many of you know Friends of Animals initiated a lawsuit back in 2005 to stop the capture and killing of the Monk/Quaker Parakeets here in CT. That lawsuit is coming to trial on May 21, 2008 at 9am. It would help the Parrots if as many bird enthusiasts and Monk supporters as possible could come out for the opening of trial as a show of support. I am asking you all to please consider coming to the New Haven Courthouse on May 21, 2008. It would mean a great deal to me and more importantly to the birds.
